Definitely! I refuse on principle to use the so called 'fast' self service lane. My local Asda (bought by Walmart some years ago) has just put in 4 more of these obnoxious, noisy and souless things. The other day there was one young girl sorting out problems on 9 (one was out of order) tills. Madness! There will be no real people in these places at all soon!
